    The research study was carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between warehouse management and internal inventory control for the staff of Hospital Rebagliati de Jesús María Lima Peru 2022. The research was developed with a correlational study and a non-experimental crosssectional design. The data collection methodology that was used was the survey that was carried out on 91 workers of the Rebagliati Hospital. To measure Warehouse Management, the instrument that measures 3 dimensions with a 20-question survey was used. To measure the internal control of inventories, the instrument was used that measured 3 dimensions with 20 items that assess responses with the Likert scale, which were made and tabulated in an Excel program. We observe that there is a high positive correlation between warehouse management and internal inventory control according to the Spearman correlation coefficient. In the results it was possible to evidence of the workers surveyed, 57% qualified as regular warehouse management, where the best qualified dimension was quantity (25%); likewise, 56% of the workers affirmed that the dimension of technical specifications is bad. We can conclude that the warehouse management variable is significantly related to the internal inventory control variable with (rho= 0.763) high positive correlation, as well as their respective dimensions in the Hospital Rebagliati de Jesús María LimaPerú, 2022
