Publicación Acceso abierto Síndrome de Burnout y satisfacción laboral en profesionales médicos del Hospital Regional Docente de Cajamarca, 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-06-05) Cáceres Taco, Joice Tania; Diaz del Olmo Morey, Fernando LuisThis research aimed to determine the relationship between the Burnout Syndrome and job satisfaction in medical professionals of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Cajamarca, 2020. Descriptive correlational study, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. A total of 110 doctors interviewed were applied the questionnaire that measures the Burnout Syndrome (Maslach's Burnout Inventory) and the Job Satisfaction (Warr, Cook and Wall's general job satisfaction) and thus estimate the variables and dimensions of the study. Results: The majority of the study sample presented absence of Burnout (51.80%), in the Regional Teaching Hospital of Cajamarca, 2020, 40% were also found to be at risk for his syndrome and only 8.18% had Burnout Syndrome Burnout. Conclusions: It was concluded that there is a relationship between Burnout Syndrome and job satisfaction in medical professionals, according to the results of Spearman's Rho with a result of -0.628, which shows a moderate indirect relationship, indicating that a lower the greater presence of Burnout Syndrome is Job satisfaction in the medical professional.
