    “EFECTOS DE LA FASE II DEL PROGRAMA DE REHABILITACIÓN CARDIACA EN LA FRACCIÓN DE EYECCIÓN EN PACIENTES POST INFARTO AGUDO AL MIOCARDIO DEL HOSPITAL MILITAR CORONEL LUIS ARIAS SCHREIBER, 2018”

    El objetivo fue determinar el efecto de la fase II del programa de rehabilitación cardiaca en la fracción de eyección en pacientes post infarto agudo al miocardio del Hospital Militar Coronel Luis Arias Schreiber, 2018; sobre la metodología es de tipo pre - experimental se realizó un pre y post test. Se trabajó con una población de 45 pacientes, siguiendo los criterios de inclusión y exclusión la muestra se centró en 33 pacientes integrantes del programa de rehabilitación cardiaca fase II del Hospital Militar Coronel Luis Arias Schreiber. Dando como resultado que, si existen efectos y de manera positiva incrementando la fracción de eyección al realizar el programa de rehabilitación cardiaca en la fase II, como en todas las variables propuestas como son: edad, sexo, ocupación, IMC, ICC, pulso radial, presión arterial detallando independiente sístole y diástole y saturación de oxígeno; concluyendo que al incremento de estos parámetros los pacientes mejoraron sus actividades físicas.

    Trastornos musculoesqueléticos y desempeño académico en los internos de terapia física y rehabilitación del Hogar Clínica San Juan de Dios, 2019

    The study aimed to determine the relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and academic performance in the physical therapy and rehabilitation inmates of the San Juan de Dios Clinical Home, 2019. Basic type study, with a correlal, non-experimental and transversal descriptive level, the sample was 60 internal (both shifts) of the San Juan de Dios Clinical Home, to which two Likert-scale questionnaires of 24 and 18 items were applied for the variable musculoskeletal disorders and academic performance respectively. The results were presented descriptively and inferentially. Results: It was observed regarding the variable musculoskeletal disorders in inmates of the household, we appreciate that respondents mostly have musculoskeletal disorders (56.67%) at the San Juan de Dios Clinic. Also in the academic performance of household inmates, we appreciate that they mostly have a regular level of academic performance (43.33%) at the San Juan de Dios Clinic. It was finally concluded that there is a significant relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and academic performance in the physical therapy and rehabilitation inmates of the San Juan de Dios Clinical Home, 2019, depending on the value of the test (Rho,660**) which indicates a positive degree of direct relationship.
