Publicación Acceso abierto Impacto de la pandemia COVID-19 en la salud mental y laboral en usuarios de boticas Ángel y Sur Farma del distrito de Chorrillos abril 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-06) Marron Aguilar, Aydee; Caballero Quispe, Nadim Yandira; Ñañez del Pino, DanielThe objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the mental and occupational health of users of the Ángel and Sur Farma drugstores. Methodology: This study used a quantitative approach, with a basic type, non-experimental design, and a correlational level. The population consisted of 420 users, and a simple random probabilistic sampling method was used. Results: 44% of users experienced economic problems, 38% had fear of going to work, and 32% were affected in terms of their health. In terms of positive effects, 74.5% reported a good relationship with their family. Regarding anxiety symptoms, 36.5% experienced fear of an unexpected event, and 25% sometimes had tingling. For depressive symptoms, 41% had insomnia problems, and 50% reported low energy. In terms of occupational stress, 40% felt irritable, and 38% had concentration problems. Conclusion: It was determined that there is no relationship between the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the mental and occupational health of users of the Ángel and Sur Farma drugstores in the Chorrillos district.
