    Relationship between leadership and job satisfaction in nurses of the hospitalization service of the AUNA Clinic, Chiclayo 2023

    Objective: "To determine the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction of nurses.", population will be made up of nursing professionals, who work in the Hospitalization Service of the AUNA Chiclayo Clinic. Sample: All nurses will be considered, contracted with a total of 20 nurses who work in the hospitalization service on side A and B of the AUNA clinic. Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Leadership" the leadership styles questionnaire will be used "was validated according to protocols used by De la Cruz in the year 2022 reliable through Cronbach's Alpha obtaining the value of 0.89 and to evaluate the variable "job satisfaction "The questionnaire will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha, obtaining the value of 0.885. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution through parametric statistical tests (Pearson's correlation) or non-parametric (Spearman's Rho correlation).
