Ítem Acceso abierto Burnout syndrome in nursing professionals who work in the COVID intensive care unit of a national hospital in Lima, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-09-12) Cabrera Meza, Mercedes; Palomino Taquire, RewardsThis project will be carried out in the covid 1 intensive care unit of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital during the third quarter of 2021, in which exclusively the nursing staff who work in the area will participate. OBJECTIVE Our general objective is to establish the level of Burnout Syndrome in Nursing professionals who work in the COVID Intensive Care Unit. METHODOLOGY will be based on a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The study will be carried out with the entire population, that is, 35 nurses. For data collection, the Malash Burnout Inventory – HS questionnaire will be applied as an instrument. To collect the information, authorization will be requested from the personnel in charge of the hospital's training and teaching area to carry out the project, proceeding to apply the instrument with prior informed consent. After obtaining the data, they will be entered into the statistical software and the results will be expressed in tables.
