Ítem Acceso abierto Perception of health risk in front of COVID-19 in Antamina mining workers 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-08-29) Cacha Rojas, Violeta Rebeca; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoSince the Covid-19 pandemic was declared on March 11, 2020 by the World Health Organization, due to its rapid spread in more than 100 countries, it caused a crisis in health systems, which is why it was declared at the national level. the state of emergency; Due to the restrictions and measures implemented such as social isolation, traffic restrictions, more rigorous biosafety protocols in mining operations, and dismissal of workers, it is estimated that approximately 250 mining companies were paralyzed in about 33 countries, including Peru. In this context, the national government on May 2, 2020, through the issuance of Supreme Decree No. 080-2020-PCM, adopted the measure to prevent the economy from being affected, excepting the mining sector from prohibited activities.
