    Ergonomic risks in nurses in the emergency department of an EsSalud hospital in Lima, 2021

    The general objective of the research study was to Analyze the Ergonomic Risks in Nursing Nurses of the Emergency Service in an Essalud Hospital in Lima 2021. The method is inductive, with a quantitative approach, basic type and observational design. The population was made up of nurses from the Essalud Emergency Hospital, which has 279 nursing professionals; Taking 162 as a sample, those who were hired in any modality at the Essalud Hospital as Care Nurses were considered. The data collection technique was the survey, and the instrument used was validated by the authors Heredia H, Zegarra D. (2017), using the Delphi Method procedure.
