Material and Methods: Systematic observational and retrospective quantitative study subjected to critical selection, using the Grade evaluation system to identify the grade, the search was carried out for the articles where 10 articles were selected, where the degree of evidence found was included. in the following databases: pubmed, Scielo, google academic, dialnet. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 20% (n= 2/10) are systematic reviews, 10% (n= 1/10) are meta-analysis, 30% (n= 3/10) are cohort studies, 20 %(n=2/10) randomized controlled trial study, 10% (n= 1/10) is a descriptive study and 10% (n= 1/10) is a quantitative study. They come from the countries of Peru (30%), followed by Mexico (20%), Spain (10%), USA (10%), Ecuador (10%), (10 %) Chile, and Brazil (10%).Conclusion: It is concluded from the studies analyzed that through music therapy it has a significant result in the psychomotor growth of children, preventing disorders and deficits in children under 3 years of age.
