Publicación Acceso abierto Liderazgo interpersonal de las enfermeras jefes y su influencia en el clima organizacional en los servicios de enfermeria del pabellon B del Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017) Palomino Carrión, Ruby Cecilia; Cainicela Avellaneda, Miriam Maribel; Ayala Mendivil, Ronald EspirituThe present study aimed to establish the interpersonal leadership of the head nurses and their influence on the organizational climate in the Nursing Services of Hall B of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital. The methodology used in the study was descriptive and non-experimental level, correlational design and cross-sectional, using the quantitative method. The sample consisted of 147 nursing nurses and 9 nurse heads of ward B of Almenara Irigoyen Hospital, who were administered the questionnaires of Interpersonal Leadership of Fischman and of Organizational Climate developed by MINSA, counting with validity and a high level of reliability. The data were analyzed statistically by the SPSS 22.0 program with a significance of p <0.05, the linear regression test was used to test the hypotheses. The results indicated that most of the nurses of nursing services in ward B of Almenara Irigoyen Hospital developed a moderate interpersonal leadership 77.8%; And 75.5% of care nurses perceived to improve the Organizational Climate. The conclusions pointed out that the interpersonal leadership of the head nurses does not significantly influence the organizational climate in the nursing services of ward B of Almenara Irigoyen Hospital. At the specific level, it was found that the interpersonal leadership teamwork of the head nurses does not influence the organizational climate, while the managerial skills of the interpersonal leadership of the chief nurses does not significantly influence the organizational climate in the nursing services of the ward B of the Almenara Irigoyen Hospital.
