    Eventos supuestamente atribuibles a la vacunación e inmunización contra COVID-19 en trabajadores de salud del Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue. Lima 2021

    This research was carried out with the aim of evaluating the events supposedly attributable to vaccination and immunization against COVID 19 in health workers at the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, reported from February to July 2021. It was carried out using the deductive method, quantitative approach, descriptive level, observational, retrospective design. The sample consisted of 136 ESAVI reports, the statistical program used was SPSS version 25. 224 ESAVI were recorded, the most common events after the application of one or two doses of inactivated vaccine against COVID-19 were: headache (36%), dizziness (27.9%) pain at the injection site (16.9%), nausea (13.2%), fatigue (12.5%), diarrhea (8.11%), myalgia (6.62%), itching (6.6%), fever (5.9%). The 1st dose presented 77.9% of adverse events and the 2nd 22.1%. 63.2% of mild events and 36.8% moderate events, higher prevalence in females (84.6%). It was concluded that the most frequent local symptom was pain at the injection site, the most frequent systemic symptom was headache, the 1st dose presented a higher frequency of ESAVI, mild events were the most frequent. The longest duration was 24 to 48 hours. The age group with the highest frequency was 25 to 44 years. The female sex had a higher frequency of ESAVI. The most frequent weight range was 60 to 69 kilos.
