Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of Cateterismo for the insertion of the ultrasonido- cuide radial arterial Cateterismo in criticas patients.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-02-29) Rabanal Zegarra, Ángel Alexander; Caján Rocca, Etelvina Carmen; Rivera Lozada de Bonilla, OrianaObjective: To systematize the evidence on catheterization for the insertion of the radial arterial catheter guided by ultrasound in critically ill patients. Materials and methods: This study is a systematic review. The population consisted of a total of 35 articles, of which 10 accredited and indexed scientific studies made up the sample, the instruments were found in the PubMed, Scielo, EBSCO databases. For the study of the articles, the GRADE system was used, this system evaluated the quality of evidence and strength of recommendation in the present study. Results: According to the study evidence in this research, 10 articles were studied, of which: finally at the end of the systematic review of the articles, of 100%, 60% correspond to China and 10% to the USA, the United Kingdom, Denmark and France, each respectively. Regarding the designs and types of studies, 50% correspond to Clinical Trials, 30% to meta-analysis and 20% to systematic review. Conclusions: It is concluded that the 10 articles analyzed show that ultrasound-guided radial arterial catheterization was effective because it was considered to have a lower probability of injury and greater assertiveness when placing a catheter.
