    The research carried out has the objective of "Determining the relationship between the leadership styles of the service coordinators and the job satisfaction of the care nurse at the Vitarte hospital - Lima, 2022". Where the methodology applied for this research is a hypothetical deductive study, because observations of the intrinsic problem are made. The sample used in the research consists of 144 nurses who work at the Vitarte low complexity level II-1 hospital. Obtained with the selection criteria, which are divided into the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. For the acquisition of the data, the survey is used, where it will be carried out in a single moment through the instrument of the questionnaires, where the first is about the types of leadership (CELID-S) and the second is the questionnaire of the scale of job satisfaction, where there is a reliability of 0.75 and 0.89 respectively.
