Publicación Acceso abierto Identificación de los factores de riesgo ergonómico y psicosocial en profesionales químico-farmacéuticos por causa de la COVID-19 en la atención en farmacia del Hospital Nacional Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé, Lima 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-11-18) Calle Pintado, Catherine Janet; Parreño Tipián, Juan ManuelThe objective of this research is to identify the ergonomic and psychosocial risk factors affecting pharmaceutical professionals due to COVID-19 in the pharmacy services of the National Maternal and Child Teaching Hospital San Bartolomé, Lima, 2021. The methodology used was basic, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, and cross-sectional. The population consisted of 150 pharmacists, which was also the sample (census sampling). Results: Descriptive analysis indicated that 50% of pharmaceutical professionals perceive that ergonomic and psychosocial risk factors are at a high level. Additionally, ergonomic risks were recorded at a high level in 54% of cases, while psychosocial risks reached a high level in 41% of cases. Regarding pharmacy services, 56% of healthcare workers perceive the service as being at a high level. Conclusion: Two types of risks were identified among pharmaceutical professionals caused by COVID-19 in pharmacy services at the National Maternal and Child Teaching Hospital San Bartolomé: ergonomic and psychosocial risks. These risks negatively affect the physical well-being of the professionals and, consequently, their work performance.
