Publicación Acceso abierto Percepción del cuidado humanizado enfermero y nivel de satisfacción del paciente en hemodialisis en una clínica Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-27) Callegari Silva, Ennia Maria; Hermoza Moquillaza, Rocío VictoriaThe research study was carried out with the objective of "Determining the relationship between the perception of humanized nursing care and the level of satisfaction of the patient in hemodialysis at the Centromed de la Naturaleza Clinic, Lima 2022". The Methodology developed is of an applied type, with a quantitative approach, with a correlational level and a non-experimental, transversal design. The population that participated was 80 patients who attended renal replacement therapy at the aforementioned Clinic. The data collection technique was the survey and 2 questionnaires as instruments, one for the variable perception of humanized care with 5 dimensions and 25 items and another for the variable patient satisfaction with 2 dimensions and 22 items. The information obtained was tabulated with the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. Spearman's correlation coefficient (Rho) was used for the hypothesis test. Obtaining as Results that the average age was 59.7 ± 13.98 years; 52.5% were male, 75% had a secondary education level and 67.5% were married. 75.0% obtained a medium level of satisfaction, 20% high. Regarding humanized care, 98.7% of patients perceive it as good, 1.3% perceive it as regular, 0% a poor level. The Rho was = 0.503, (p value < 0.001) level of significance 0.05. Reaching the Conclusion that there is a moderate direct relationship between the variables perception of humanized nursing care and level of satisfaction of the patient in hemodialysis at the Centromed de la Naturaleza Clinic, Lima 2022. At a significance level of 0.05. There is a statistically significant relationship (p < 0.001) Affirming that the more humanized nursing care, the higher the level of patient satisfaction.
