Under this scenario, the health professional plays a primary role in working together on the medical aspect with empathy, the human side. The present research work aims to determine the relationship between the quality of care of nursing staff and the level of anxiety of cancer patients at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital - 2022. The study has a quantitative, correlational approach and a descriptive design. The population is made up of patients diagnosed with cancer and who are treated at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital, with a sample of 80 patients. The data collection technique is the questionnaire. The first questionnaire regarding the quality of care is governed by the criterion of 3 dimensions: human, technical and environmental. And the second questionnaire regarding anxiety is governed by the criterion of 4 dimensions: subjective, neurophysiological, autonomic and vasopressor symptoms. The questionnaires are validated by the predictive and conductive strategy. Reliability, by Cronbach's Alpha, ranged from 0.890 to 0.883 for each variable according to the order of appearance, which are classified as reliable. The results will be compiled, analyzed, and tabulated in Excel software to be later shown in tables and graphs.Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of life in diabetic patients with COVID 19 of the National Hospital Medicine Service Two of May, 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-07-07) Camarena Chamaya de Ramos, Melina Maura; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: Determine the quality of life in diabetic patients with Covid 19 from the medicine service of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital, 2020. Material and method: The study has a quantitative approach, its design is descriptive and cross-sectional. There was a population of 102 adult and elderly patients from the medicine service of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital. The data collection technique was the survey and the data collection instrument was the diabetes-39 questionnaire, which is composed of 39 items distributed in 5 dimensions or factors. Results: Regarding the quality of life in diabetic patients with Covid 19, the average quality of life predominated with 61 patients representing 59.8%, followed by high quality of life (22.5%) and low quality of life ( 17.6%). In relation to the dimensions, the average quality of life, energy and mobility predominated in all of them with 67.6% (n=69), diabetes control with 59.8% (n=61), anxiety and worry with 58.8. % (n=60), social overload with 56.9% (n=58) and sexual function with 64.7% (n=66). The most affected dimension was sexual function with 21.6% (n=22). Conclusions: The quality of life in diabetic patients with Covid 19 was average. Regarding its dimensions, the average quality of life predominated in all of them, and the most affected dimension was sexual function.
