Material and methods: The systematic review of 10 scientific articles found on the effectiveness of coping strategies to reduce Burnout Syndrome in health personnel, were cited in the following databases Cochrane Library, Scielo and Pubmed; All of them were analyzed according to the Grade scale to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed and analyzed, 20% (n=2/10) are quasi-experimental, 20% (n=2/10) randomized controlled trial, 20% (n=2/10) systematic review, 10% (n=1/10) analytical cross-sectional observational, 20% (n=2/10) cross-sectional descriptive and 10% (n=1/10) prospective study longitudinal comparative randomized and experimental. Of the 10 articles found, 100% point out the effectiveness of coping strategies to reduce Burnout Syndrome in health personnel. Conclusion: 10 of 10 articles found point out the effectiveness of coping strategies to reduce Burnout Syndrome in health personnel.
