Publicación Acceso abierto Factores relacionados a las buenas prácticas de prescripción de recetas dispensadas en farmacias externa del Hospital Sergio Bernales julio 2020 – diciembre 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-06-13) Campos Taipe, Nadia Betzabe; Villanueva Vílchez, Hugo GilbertoThe objective of the study was to determine the relationship between factors and prescribing errors in prescriptions at the Sergio Bernales hospital in 2021. The study used a quantitative approach, with an applied type, a descriptive-correlational level, and a non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 328 prescriptions issued by healthcare professionals at the facility. The technique used was observation, and the instrument was a checklist validated by MINSA. Its reliability, determined via a pilot test using KR-21, yielded a score of 0.725, indicating good reliability. The results indicate that 63.1% of prescriptions had prescribing errors. Errors were predominant in prescriptions written by males at 55%, and there were more errors in prescriptions from non-specialist doctors. The hypothesis test using Chi-squared showed a significance value of 0.255, which led to the conclusion that no correlation exists between factors and prescribing errors in prescriptions issued at the Sergio Bernales hospital from July to December 2020.
