Ítem Acceso abierto Leadership styles among nursing staff at the Sisol Salud San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital, Lima - 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-12-09) Campos Vargas, Inocencia; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: Determine the leadership styles in the nursing staff who work at the Sisol Salud hospital in San Juan de Lurigancho Lima - 2019. Material and method: quantitative approach and the design is non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional. In the study, we worked with the population consisting of 60 nurses who work at the Sisol hospital in San Juan de Lurigancho, who met the exclusion and inclusion criteria. The data collection technique was the survey and the data collection instrument used was a 34-item questionnaire. Results: 42% representing 25 nurses present transformational leadership styles, followed by 32% representing 19 nurses present transactional leadership styles; Finally, 26% representing 16 nurses present avoidant leadership styles Conclusions: the leadership style that predominates in nursing staff is transformational leadership.
