The psycho-emotional component is an important factor in musculoskeletal pain disabilities. Cognitive-emotional components, such as anxiety and depression, are currently part of the study of pain phenomena. The global prevalence of anxiety is about 10%, while in Spain, it is 7%. In North America, anxiety and depression affect 1 in 5 adults. Furthermore, the pandemic context increased these figures worldwide. This increase occurred among administrative workers who had to adapt to remote work, and as a result of the context, musculoskeletal pain problems significantly increased. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between low back pain disability and psycho-emotional state in administrative staff of a telecommunications company, 2022. An observational, correlational, and cross-sectional study was conducted with 85 individuals. The Oswestry questionnaire and the Goldberg anxiety and depression questionnaire were used as instruments. The results showed high levels of depression and anxiety.
