Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of nursing interventions to reduce noise in newborns.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-11-29) Cangana Gozme, Delia Matilde; Vargas Rivera, Evelyn; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoObjective: To systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of nursing interventions to reduce noise in newborns in neonatal units of neonatology and neonatal ICU. Material and Methods: The systematic review of these 10 scientific notes found about the effectiveness of nursing procedures to reduce noise in newborns, have been found in the data supports detailed below: Lilacs, Pubmed, Dialnet, Scielo and finally Epistemonikos; all of them were examined under the Grade measure to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of these 10 articles reviewed, 20% (n = 2/10) were systematic reviews, 30% (n = 3/10) were quasi-experimental, 30% (n = 3/10) were randomized clinical trials (RCT), 10% (n = 1/10) were case-control studies, and 10% (n = 1/10) were experimental. Of the 10 articles found, 100% indicated the effectiveness of nursing interventions in reducing noise in neonates. Conclusion: 10/10 articles reviewed indicate that there is sufficient scientific evidence to confirm the effectiveness of educational and environmental nursing interventions to reduce noise in neonates.
