    Síndrome de burnout en el personal que labora en oficinas farmacéuticas del distrito de Los Olivos, Lima 2023

    The present research aims to determine the Burnout Syndrome in personnel working in pharmaceutical offices in the Los Olivos district, Lima, 2023. The type of research was descriptive and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 225 workers, including technical personnel and professional pharmacists. The results indicate that 66.2% exhibit a low level of Burnout Syndrome in the emotional exhaustion dimension; 71.1% exhibit a low level of Burnout Syndrome in the depersonalization dimension; and 28.0% exhibit a low level of Burnout Syndrome in the lack of personal accomplishment dimension. Among workers aged 51 to 61 years, 12.5% present a moderate level of Burnout Syndrome; among married workers, 12.1% present a moderate level; and among female workers, 6.7% present a moderate level. The thesis concluded that 88.0% of personnel working in pharmaceutical offices in the Los Olivos district present a low level of Burnout Syndrome.
