The present work of investigation has principal aim determine the relation between the environmental worry and the ecological behavior of the students of the University Santiago of Cali - Colombia, year 2018; the type was applied of level correlacional, of not experimental design, the sample belonged 375 students, the technology was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, of quantitative approach. One thought that 52,0% of the students perceives of regular level the worry for the environmental problematics that crosses his locality, being the most out-standing dimensions the "Alarm" and the "Locus of control" and the focused one to improving the "Social worry"; and that 50,9% of the students considers of regular level his ecological behavior, being the dimensions more out-standing the "Conservation of the energy" and the "Consumption" and the focused one to improving the "Residues". One concludes that there exists direct and considerable relation (Rho's value = 0,656 and value of p = 0,000) between the environmental worry and the ecological behavior of the students; direct relation exists between each of the dimensions of the variable "environmental Worry" (alarm, comfort, domestic control, social worry, received economy, information and locus of control) with the variable one "Ecological behavior".

El software MATLAB en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de Cálculo II de tercer ciclo de la EAP de Ingenierías de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener - 2018

The investigation entitled “The MATLAB software in the academic performance of students of the Calculus II – third cycle – EAP Engineering at Norbert Wiener Private University- 2018” was designed with the aim to establish how the MATLAB software influences on the academic performance of the undergraduate students of Calculus II along the academic term 2018-II. This allowed us to pose the following hypothesis: “The use of the mathematical software influences positively on the academic performance of the undergraduate students of Calculus II EAP- Engineering at Norbert Wiener Private University – 2018”. This hypothesis was proven true as per the results obtained. This is a semi experimental quantitative applied research. The sample was the Calculus II students, morning and evening schedules. Having 52 students in each schedule. The sample was divided in two groups. The control group and the experimental group. The evaluation test was applied twice - the pre-test and the post-test- to both groups, which allowed us to measure the academic performance in each one of the students. Through the obtained results it was proven that the use of the MATLAB software does influence positively on the academic performance of the Calculus II undergraduate students – third cycle – engineering school at Norbert Wiener Private university.

El uso de la pericia contable en los delitos de colusión y peculado en la fiscalía corporativa anticorrupción del callao 2015-2017

The objective of the investigation was to determine to what extent the use of accounting expertise is applied to accredit the crimes of Collusion and Peculado, in the Anti-Corruption Corporate Prosecutor's Office of Callao 2015-2017. The methodological design had a quantitative, non-experimentaltransversal and descriptive level approach. The sample consisted of 15 justice operators from the Callao anti-corruption prosecutor's office, and for the documentary analysis, 60 cases of collusion and embezzlement were used in the institution under study. The general conclusion was obtained through the investigation, observation and documentary analysis of the cases attended in the anti-corruption corporate prosecutor's office of Callao, where it was determined that only in 50% of cases was the use of accounting skills applied in crimes of collusion and embezzlement, which coincides with the specific result, where an average level of preparation of the judicial operators was determined in the use of said tool of criminalistics, despite the fact that a high level of assessment of said skills was found by the judges and that judicial operators also at a high level, consider accounting skills as an effective tool to accredit the crimes of collusion and embezzlement.

Expert Value of Satellite Images in Crimes against Forests or Forested Formations in the Ucayali Region, 2017. It is the title of my research; topic that attracted, my interest as a researcher of the masters in criminal law, for which we proposed the following approach as a problem to solve or investigate: What is the probative value of the satellite images of the crimes against forests or forest formations in the Ucayali Region, 2017 ?, whose objective was to establish this expert probative value in crimes against forests or forest formations; therefore the hypothetical conjecture, indicates that; The probative value of satellite images of crimes against forests or forest formations in the Ucayali Region, 2017 is determining and positive. Via the qualitative legal method in its explanatory descriptive feature, we analyze our observation units taken from the population that in turn constitutes a sample, by the extension of it. Applied our instrument of 10 items, the sample confirms the approach of the problem and the hypothesis, with what our objective was achieved. See the conclusions and recommendations described in this work.
