    Self-care of the adult patient undergoing hemodialysis at the national renal health center – Essalud, 2021

    Determine the level of self-care of adult patients undergoing hemodialysis treated at the National Renal Health Center - EsSalud, between January and March 2021. The study presents a quantitative approach, with a descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The population consists of 320 adult patients, through sampling a sample of 175 patients is obtained, who will meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria proposed in the research. The survey will be applied as a technique for data collection and a structured questionnaire as an instrument. which is called “Self-care Assessment of Patients Under Hemodialysis Treatment”. The instrument has a reliability determined by Cronbach's Alpha of 0.809. After coding, the data is entered into an Excel database, to which the respective treatment will be carried out using descriptive statistics, which will allow the results to be presented in statistical tables with their corresponding analysis. This study will comply with strict ethical and scientific guidelines.
