Ítem Acceso abierto Organizational climate and its relationship with job performance in nursing staff(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-11) Carhuapuma Chávez, Ruth Gabriela; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaThe general objective proposes to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the work performance of the nursing staff of the San José de Chincha hospital in the year 2022. The research will be developed under the hypothetical deductive method, achieving a quantitative and correlational approach due to the interest in finding an association of variables. It will also be of an applied type when attempting to analyze said relationship through the observational design, in order to carry out a cross-sectional and prospective section, a technique that limits the intervention in the variables and their respective nature. The instruments have an acceptable and valid reliability index for application in the representative population, in this case the nursing staff. To contrast any relationship between variables, statistical programs will be used which are based on a hypothesis contrast test. The realization of this contribution specifies that the organizational climate is related by the way in which both workers and managers interact, each perception is unique and different, but they are considered holistically for the sovereignty of a climate. Likewise, performance at work is altered positively or negatively by internal and external factors within the company, factors that somehow generate motivation or failure at work.
