    Family functionality and adherence to micronutrients in children with anemia aged 6 to 35 months at the Gustavo Lanatta Luján Health Center, February-March 2018

    Objective: Determine the relationship between family functionality and adherence to micronutrients in children with anemia from 6 to 35 months at the Gustavo Lanatta Lujan Health Center in the San Martin de Porres District, period, February-March 2018. Material and Methods : The study has a quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional, observational and retrospective approach. The population was 56 children with anemia from 6 to 35 months, cared for in the Growth and Development service of the Gustavo Lanatta Lujan Health Center. The instrument used was the family APGAR. Results: 51.8% of families present mild family dysfunction, while 30.3% have good family function and 17.9% have moderate family dysfunction. For the variable adherence to micronutrients in children aged 6 to 35 months with anemia problems, a high percentage of 60.7% showed low adherence and 39.3% showed high adherence to micronutrients. Conclusion: There is no relationship between family functionality and adherence to micronutrients in children with anemia from 6 to 35 months, since according to the Chi-square test it had a value of p = 0.361.

    Stressing environmental factors in hospitalized patients in the adult ICU of the Ricardo Palma Clinic, Lima – 2020.

    Objective: To determine the environmental stress factors in patients hospitalized in the adult intensive care unit of the Ricardo Palma clinic. Materials and Methods: This research project follows a quantitative study approach, with a descriptive, observational, cross-sectional methodological design. The population and sample will be developed based on convenience sampling, and therefore our sample will consist of 80 patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit. The technique to be used will be an interview, and the instrument employed will be the Environmental Stressors Scale by Ballard (1981), which has been modified with full support and endorsement by A. Pérez de Ciriza. Informed consent will be obtained from the participants prior to the study.
