Materials and Methods: The research approach was quantitative, and the population consisted of 225 older adult patients, using a non-probabilistic census sampling method according to selection criteria. Results: The age group between 60 and 64 years represents 26.67% of the sample, while the 65 to 69 age group represents 21.78%. The sample was slightly dominated by females (50.22%), with 49.78% males. The prevalence of diabetes and hypertension was 33.78% each, and 32.44% of the sample had other comorbidities. A majority of the sample (34.67%) was underweight, followed by 29.78% with normal weight, 9.33% with overweight, 9.33% with obesity grade III, 8.89% with obesity grade I, and 8% with obesity grade II. A higher prevalence of high fall risk was found (36%). 14.67% had moderate risk, and 29.33% had low fall risk. Conclusions: The variables fall risk and physical activity are negatively and highly related, and the dimensions of balance and gait in fall risk are also negatively and highly correlated with physical activity.
