Two instruments with acceptable validity and reliability criteria will be applied. The instrument that will measure the level of knowledge of the nurse on the aspiration of secretions in intubated patients will have 15 questions that include 4 dimensions: patient, equipment, biosafety and procedure, while the instrument that will measure the level of practices of the nurse on The aspiration of secretions in intubated patients has 25 items and comprises 3 dimensions: before aspiration, during aspiration, and after aspiration. Regarding the analysis of descriptive and inferential data, the former will be presented through tables and graphs, and for the latter, Spearman's Rho coefficient will be applied in order to establish the relationship between the study variables.
