Materials and methods: Observational, non-experimental, correlational, the behavior of the 2 variables will be observed, and transversal because the data collection will occur at a single moment. The population was made up of 110 pregnant adolescents with a probable delivery date starting in July 2024, who are cared for in the establishments of the Pachacutec Health Micronetwork. Results: 30% are housewives, 44.5% mother is head of the house, 64.5% earn minimum wage, 70% complete secondary school, 53.6% heads of household have completed secondary school, 91.8% attend school, 70.9% do not practice any religion, 51.8% If you had information on sexual education, 70% are single, 81.8% go out to parties, 51.8% have a life plan, 56.4% live in houses made of noble materials, 76.4% have basic services and 93.6% consume alcohol. There is an association between social determinants of health and proximate factors of teenage pregnancy in its indicators information on sexual education (p = 0.004), source of information on sexual education (p = 0.024), going out to parties frequently (p = 0.0001) and with basic services at home (p = 0.045); there is an association between structural determinants of health and proximate factors of teenage pregnancy in its indicators information on sexual education (p = 0.004) and source of information on sexual education (p = 0.024); in addition there is an association between intermediate determinants of health and proximate factors of teenage pregnancy in its indicators going out to parties frequently (p = 0.0001) and with basic services at home (p = 0.024). Conclusion: There is a statistically relevant relationship between social factors that influence health and factors related to teenage pregnancy in its indicators: information on sexual education, source of information on sexual education, going out to parties and with basic services..
