    Occupational risks in nursing staff of the surgery service of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen hospital, 2020.

    The research work “Occupational Risks in Nursing Staff at the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital's Surgery Service, 2020” aimed to determine the occupational risks to which nursing staff in the Surgery Service of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital are exposed. The study had a quantitative approach, non-experimental methodological design, descriptive cross-sectional type, with a sample of 30 nursing professionals working in the Surgery Service. The technique used to collect data was the survey, and the instrument used was the Occupational Risks Questionnaire (modified by Nancy Mori Maldonado in 2015), which consists of 35 items on a Likert scale, divided into the following dimensions: biological (8), physical (8), chemical (6), ergonomic (6), and psychosocial (7).
