Publicación Acceso abierto Enfoque pedagógico de calidad que permite mejorar la satisfacción estudiantil en la Universidad Piloto de Colombia en Girardot, en el año 2014(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-01-09) Carranza Meneses, Laurentino; Egoavil Vera, Juan RaúlThe purpose of this research was to determine the quality pedagogical approach that improves the satisfaction of the students of the pilot university of Colombia in Girardot. Further; it allows us to know the importance, that from the student's satisfaction as a result of the mission based on the work of the substantive principles of the university, achieve the necessary competences that integrate it into the labor world and be relevant in its function as a social subject. Chapter I presents the analysis on how quality has permeated institutions, especially educational ones, however it is clear that it works with the minimum quality criteria but not with the optimum levels. An analysis of the state of education in ICFES and PISSA tests at an international level is also presented. In chapter II, which corresponds to the theoretical framework, the background regarding the problem analyzed is presented where it is observed that the quality of education is reflected in the satisfaction of the students, based on the processes developed in the substantive teaching functions, research and social projection and in the support systems that are generated to strengthen student learning. In chapter III corresponding to the methodological aspect, the scope of the research is presented, taking as reference the independent variable, quality pedagogical approach and the dependent variable corresponding to the satisfaction of the students of the pilot university of Colombia in 2014. The population and It shows research objects. In chapter IV, the analysis and results are presented taking into account the variables and the dimensions of each of them, the hypotheses that result in the significant relationship between the pedagogical approach and student satisfaction are contrasted and emphasis is placed on the improvement that must be made in the dimensions that present average averages but low in their quantification. Chapter V, regarding the conclusions and recommendations, allows to verify that there is qualified student satisfaction at a medium level according to the substantive functions offered by the university and in addition to the support established for the achievement of better learning, but several of them, although with results at the medium level should be put into plans for continuous improvement.
