    Objective: Determine the relationship between family functionality and quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis treatment, Santa Ana Dialysis Center - Miraflores, 2020. Material and methods: It is a relational and cross-sectional descriptive design study. Cross-sectional, patients with stage 5 chronic kidney failure participated in hemodialysis for a period of three months or more (n =80). The Family APGAR questionnaire was applied for family functionality and the KDQOL-36 questionnaire for health-related quality of life in individuals suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.

    Objective: Determine knowledge about biosafety measures and their relationship with nursing practice. Materials and methods: a non-experimental correlational quantitative study, using the hypothetical-deductive method of the applied type. The population will be finite and will be made up of 80 nursing professionals from the surgical center area of the clinic under study. The technique to be used will be the survey and observation, 2 instruments validated in previous studies will be applied to collect the information that will respond to the hypotheses, quantitative measurements and statistical analyzes will be made to determine the predictions or behavior of the phenomena or problems. raised, through descriptive and inferential statistics, and the hypotheses will be verified with the Spermam RHO test. Throughout the investigation, a research conduct will be maintained in accordance with ethical principles.
