    Job satisfaction and its relationship with the quality of life of the health personnel of the Breña Health Center, Lima - 2022

    Objective: Determine the relationship between job satisfaction and quality of life of health personnel at the Breña health center, Lima – 2022, for which a deductive methodology with a quantitative approach and a type of basic research and a design have been used. non-experimental, cross-sectional. The sample was made up of 80 professionals from the Breña health center to whom two questionnaires were applied to measure job satisfaction and quality of life. The results showed the existence of a significance less than 0.05; as well as a Spearman's Rho coefficient of .886; It was concluded that job satisfaction is directly related to quality of life; Therefore, the greater the job satisfaction, the quality of life will increase in proportion to it.
