    The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of care and the satisfaction of parents in the neonatology area of a hospital in Junín, 2023. Methodology: The research has a quantitative approach design, hypothetical-deductive method, applied, nonexperimental, cross-sectional and correlational. The study population will be 80 mothers attended in the neonatology area. The technique to be used for this study will be the survey and the questionnaire as instrument, for both variables, which will be carried out taking into account the study of Gonzales of the year 2023, whose validation test was carried out by means of three expert judgments and whose internal validity with the formula "Pearson's r" 0.70 of value P
