El presente estudio tiene como finalidad generar evidencia que contribuya al fortalecimiento de una atención enfocada al paciente. El propósito de la investigación es determinar la relación entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción en la atención del adulto mayor en el servicio de medicina de un nosocomio público de Lima, 2025. Metodología: Esta investigación será de enfoque cuantitativo, bajo el método hipotético-deductivo, con un diseño no experimental, de tipo aplicado, corte transversal y nivel correlacional. La población será 60 ancianos hospitalizados, a quienes se les aplicarán dos herramientas: el primero evaluará la calidad del cuidado de enfermería considerando tres dimensiones: técnicas, humana y del entorno; el segundo instrumento medirá el nivel de satisfacción del paciente en función de tres dimensiones: accesibilidad, confortabilidad y confianza. Los datos recogidos se procesarán utilizando el software estadístico SPSS versión 29 y se utilizarán para examinar la correlación entre las variables propuestas.Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge about preventive measures against COVID-19 in traders of the Villa María del Perpetuo Socorro market. The objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge about preventive measures against Covid-19 in Merchants of the Villa Maria del Perpetuo Socorro Market. Lima-2020. Materials and methods. The study was quantitative, descriptive and transversal, in a population made up of 76 merchants who were interviewed, and the survey called the Covid-19 Knowledge Questionnaire was applied to them. The collected data were entered into the SPSS database; and processed with the percentile test. Results. In the Etiological Dimension, a little less than half (46.1%) of the merchants indicated having a low level of knowledge regarding Covid-19 with a slight tendency towards medium knowledge (32.9%), in terms of the Transmission Media and Group Dimension Risk Analysis showed that a little less than half (46.1%) of merchants have a medium level of knowledge regarding Covid-19 with a slight tendency towards low knowledge (42.1%). Likewise, in the Clinical Picture Dimension, a little less than half (44.7%) of the merchants indicated having a medium level of knowledge regarding Covid-19 with a slight tendency towards low knowledge (39.5%). In the Prevention and Protection Measures Dimension, a little less than half (42.1%) of the merchants indicated having a medium level of knowledge regarding Covid-19 with a slight tendency towards low knowledge (34.2%). Conclusions. Merchants in the Villa María del Perpetuo Socorro market indicate that only half (50%) indicated that they have a low level of knowledge and only a little less than a third (30.3%) have high knowledge.Ítem Acceso abierto Stress and work performance in nursing graduates from the emergency service Clínica San Judas Tadeo Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-10) Castañeda Milla, Susana Rosa; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoThe objective of this thesis project is to determine the relationship between Stress and Work Performance in nursing graduates from the emergency service of the San Judas Tadeo-lima 2022 clinic. Materials and methods: A basic research will be carried out, with a quantitative approach. , observational, correlational and cross-sectional level in a sample made up of 40 nursing graduates from the emergency service of the San Judas Tadeo Clinic, to whom two scales of Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) rating that assesses the nurse's stress level in the physical, psychological and social dimensions, and the work performance evaluation format that integrates the dimensions of cognitive competencies, attitudinal-social competencies and physical capacity competencies.
