    The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between pharmaceutical care and the perceived satisfaction of users at Boticas Popular Farma in the Comas district, 2022. Methodology: The study employed a deductive and descriptive approach, with a sample of 250 users from Boticas Popular Farma located in two branches detailed in the research. A survey was applied for data collection, and data processing was performed using SPSS version 25. Descriptive analysis, tables, and figures, each with its own interpretation, were also included. A relationship was found between pharmaceutical care and the perceived satisfaction of users at Boticas Popular Farma in the Comas district, with a Spearman’s Rho coefficient of 0.227, indicating a low but direct relationship. This suggests that improvements in pharmaceutical care lead to improved user satisfaction. Regarding the study objectives, guidance, dispensing, pharmacotherapeutic follow-up, health education, consulting, and rational use of medications, Spearman's Rho coefficient indicated a significant, direct, and moderate relationship between dimensions and the variable. For the humanistic objective, a low but direct relationship was found. Conclusion: There is a relationship between pharmaceutical care and the perceived satisfaction of users at Boticas Popular Farma in the Comas district.
