    The aim was to determine the relationship between Leadership Styles and Patient Safety Culture among Nurses in a Clinic in Lima 2024. The methodology had a quantitative approach, non experimental design, cross-sectional cut, and correlational scope. The sample consisted of 152 nurses working in the clinic. Two validated instruments were used: the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (5X) short form by Bass and Avolio and the AHRQ Patient Safety Culture Questionnaire. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership styles and patient safety culture, according to statistical values (Spearman's Rho 0.339), accepting the alternative hypothesis: There is a significant relationship between leadership styles and patient safety culture among nurses in a clinic in Lima, 2024. Additionally, the relationship between leadership styles and the PSC dimension at the service level was positive (Spearman's Rho 0.376); the relationship between leadership styles and the PSC dimension at the entire clinic level was positive (Spearman's Rho 0.444); and the relationship between leadership styles and the PSC outcomes dimension was also positive (Spearman's Rho 0.311). In conclusion, there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership styles and patient safety culture, meaning that if the leadership style improves, the safety culture will also improve in the same way and magnitude among nurses in a private clinic in Lima.
