    Knowledge about vascular accesses and its relationship with self-care performed by patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment in a public hospital in Lima, 2023

    Objective: "To determine the relationship between knowledge about vascular accesses and selfcare performed by patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, 2022". Population: 73 hemodialysis patients of the Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue. Methodological design: applied type, hypothetical deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal method. Instruments: variable "Knowledge" the questionnaire elaborated by Soto, Cronbach's alpha and "Self-care practice" Cronbach's alpha observation guide technique, questionnaire instrument. Data processing and analysis: It will be based on the application of Crombach's alpha test to test the hypothesis, as well as on the use of descriptive statistics, through which conclusions will be obtained by means of tables and graphs.
