    Inclusive education in Latin America faces challenges due to a lack of teacher training and unequal access to technology. In Peru, despite efforts by the Ministry of Education and the University Law, insufficient teacher training continues to limit the implementation of inclusive teaching strategies, affecting educational equity. This qualitative study, using a phenomenological approach, analyzes the perceptions and practices of psychology instructors regarding inclusion at a private university in Lima in 2024. Through semi-structured interviews with six instructors, it was found that inclusive strategies promote equitable and transformative learning. Furthermore, group work strengthens socio-emotional skills, resource adaptation improves understanding, and inclusive teaching reinforces values such as respect and empathy, promoting a more inclusive society.
