    The present research aims to determine Burnout Syndrome (BS) among personnel working in pharmacies and drugstores in the district of Villa María del Triunfo, Lima, 2022. The research type was descriptive and cross-sectional, with a sample consisting of 224 workers, including technical staff and professional pharmaceutical chemists. Results indicate that 51.3% exhibit a high level of Burnout Syndrome in the emotional exhaustion dimension; 61.2% show a high level of Burnout Syndrome in the depersonalization dimension; 39.3% exhibit a low level of Burnout Syndrome in the personal accomplishment dimension. Among workers aged 18 to 28 years, 22.3% exhibit a moderate level of BS; 10.3% of married workers exhibit a moderate level of BS; 33.5% of female workers exhibit a moderate level of BS, and 25.4% consider their work environment unpleasant and exhibit a moderate level of BS. This thesis concludes that 47.3% of personnel working in pharmacies and drugstores in Villa María del Triunfo exhibit a moderate level of Burnout Syndrome.
