Ítem Acceso abierto Leadership and its relationship with the work performance of nurses at essalud Guillermo Kaelin de la Fuente hospital, Lima - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-12-19) Celis Garcia, Erika Mabel; Pretell Aguliar, Rosa MaríaObjective: To determine the relationship between leadership and job performance among nurses at the Guillermo Kaelin De La Fuente Hospital, Lima, 2021. Methodology: Hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type, correlational, and cross-sectional design. The population consists of 135 nurses, with a sample of 105 nurses from the Guillermo Kaelin De La Fuente Hospital, selected using a known population sample formula. Techniques and Data Collection Instruments: The technique will be a survey, and the instruments used will be the Cuestionario de Estilos de Liderazgo (CELID-S) and the Koopmans Scale, which have a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.75 and 0.70, respectively. Procedures: Data will be collected from the 105 selected nurses according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Once the data is collected, it will be organized in Excel for quality control and proper organization. Then, to measure the relationship between the two variables, the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient will be used. Statistical Analysis: The findings will be presented in tables and graphs for further analysis and interpretation, considering the theoretical evidence.Ítem Acceso abierto Neuroprotective efficacy of therapeutic hypothermia in patients post-cardiac arrest(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-07-08) Celis Garcia, Erika Mabel; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerSystematic observational, retrospective and quantitative review, where the GRADE evaluation system was used to identify the degree of evidence and the strength of recommendation of each article found in the following databases: Scielo, Pubmed, Elvesier, Medline, BVS. 60% (n=6/10) are systematic reviews, 10% (n= 1/10) experimental studies, 20% (n= 2/10) case control, 10% (n= 1/10) cohort study . Likewise, 70% (n=7/10) are of high quality with a strong strength of evidence and 30% (n=3/10) are of moderate quality with a weak strength of evidence. Originating 40% in the USA, 20% in Spain, 10% in Austria, 10% in Canada, 10% in the Czech Republic, and 10% in Germany. Results: all the articles systematically reviewed (n=10/10) indicate a neuroprotective effectiveness of therapeutic hypothermia in post-cardiorespiratory arrest patients. Conclusions: 7/10 of the articles show an improvement in the neurological probabilities of the patients, another 7/10 a better survival to hospital discharge and 4/10 show that there is a decrease in mortality and an improvement in the morbidity of the patient. patient.
