    Sistema de gestión de calidad y su impacto en la labor pericial de la Unidad Policial de Dosaje Etílico 2019-2020

    The main objetive of this research was to determine to what extent the Quality Management System impacts on the expert work of the Police Unit of Ethyl Alcohol Dosage 2019-2020, used the analytical method of qualitative approach, type applied, descriptive level, phenomenological design, having as sample the total population of experts of the unit of ethyl alcohol dosage, the technique of the semi-structured interview was used and as an instrument, the script or interview protocol. The Atlas Ti-Version 8.4.24 Program was used for data analysis, considering the categories quality management system and expert work. The results show five causality relationships and two association relationships between each of the subcategories, the codes with the highest rooting were the subcategory operating process with a value of 23, followed by the subcategory methods and procedures with a value of 14, while the code with the highest level of density was reliability of results with a value of 4; the word cloud allowed determining the key words of the study: quality, results, reagents and equipment. The Quality Management System has a positive impact on the expert work of the Police Unit of Ethyl Alcohol Dosage, in relation to performance of the expert, reliability of the results, procedures and optimization of resources, from the proper management of critical processes, reliability and reproducibility of results, improvement in the delivery time of results, continuous staff training and availability of quality resources.
