Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of care of nursing care staff and its relationship with patient satisfaction in the emergency services of a National Hospital of Lima 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-24) Cerna Monsefú, Ronald; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaObjective: To analyze the relationship between the quality of care of nursing staff and patient satisfaction in the emergency services of a national hospital in Lima 2022. Material and method: This is a quantitative study, basic or applied research, correlational and cross-sectional design. For this study, 500 users will be taken as a population who will be under constant observation in the emergency area. To find the target population, the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be taken into account, then a simple random probabilistic sampling will be carried out. To obtain data on quality of care, it will be carried out through questions with 23 items that have 5 dimensions: tangible elements with 4 questions, reliability with 4 questions, response capacity with 6 questions, security with 5 questions and empathy with 4 questions. These will be rated on a numerical scale as follows: good 1, bad 2 and regular 3. To obtain satisfaction data, it will be carried out through 16-item questions divided into 5 dimensions such as: communication, organizational climate, professional attitude, patient perception and technical competence; These will be measured with an ordinal scale: never 1, almost never 2, regular 3, almost always 4 always 5. In this study, measures of central tendency and the Student T test will be applied for data analysis, while the background of the research and the study will be interpreted and the results will be discussed.
