    The primary objective of this study was to identify the factors associated with non-adherence to pharmacological therapy in patients diagnosed with hypertension at Clínica La Luz in San Martín de Porres during 2023. This research followed a hypothetical-deductive methodological approach, using a quantitative approach. It was framed within the category of applied research with a correlational scope, using a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample obtained consisted of 234 individuals, selected using a formula for finite populations, who were administered a questionnaire after obtaining their informed consent. According to the results, a significant association was revealed between the analyzed factors and non-adherence, with a correlation coefficient of 0.75, indicating a strong relationship. Specifically, treatment and risk factors showed a significant association with non-adherence to pharmacological therapy." of patients with hypertension at the La Luz Clinic in San Martín de Porres. Furthermore, it was concluded that socioeconomic factors were associated with a lower level of adherence to medication; while daily and office activities and alcohol consumption hindered adherence to treatment.
