Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of care in patients of a hospital, category 2 of Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-02-03) Chávez Gonzales, Jessica; Fuentes Siles, María AngélicaFor the development of the present investigation, the general objective was to determine the level of quality of care in patients of a hospital, category 2 of Lima, 2022, for which a deductive method was used, a type of applied research with a non-experimental design. of a quantitative approach, using a sample of 80 users in a hospital II-1, who were surveyed regarding the quality of care. The technique used for data collection was the survey and the selected instrument was the modified SERVQUAL scale, with a validity and reliability accepted and standardized by MINSA in Peru. The main results showed that 55% of those surveyed believe that the quality of care is about to improve, 30% that it is in the process, and only 15% found it acceptable. It was concluded that the majority have considered that the levels of quality of care should improve.
