    Nivel de conocimiento y consumo de hierro y vitamina C en hogares de la Asociación de Viviendas Las Brisas de Carabayllo 2021

    The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the consumption of iron and vitamin C in households of the Las Brisas de Carabayllo Housing Association in 2021. The research method used was deductive, with a quantitative approach and an applied type. The design used was non-experimental correlational cross-sectional. The study sample consisted of 151 households, which were chosen through simple random probabilistic sampling. Main results showed that 68.9% had a high level of knowledge about iron and vitamin C. Regarding the consumption variable, 66.9% showed a high level of consumption of iron and vitamin C. The Spearman's Rho Correlation was used (Significance <0.05), which yielded a p-value of 0.004. Conclusion: This result accepts the alternative hypothesis and demonstrates that a relationship exists between the level of knowledge and the consumption of iron and vitamin C in households of the Las Brisas de Carabayllo Housing Association in 2021.
