Publicación Acceso abierto Educación virtual y satisfacción académica en estudiantes de medicina de una Universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-03-31) Chávez Rosales, Rosa María; Baldeón De La Cruz, Maruja DionisiaThe COVID 19 pandemic virtualized education, allowing people to live the experience of a methodology that immersed education in digitalization; In this context, it is important to know if the student feels satisfied with the education received in this modality in order to propose actions for continuous improvement. Therefore, the objective of the study is to determine the relationship between virtual education and satisfaction in medical students; For this purpose, the quantitative approach, non-experimental design, and correlational level were followed. The sample consisted of 80 medicine students from a private university in Lima Metropolitana; As instruments, the Virtual education Questionnaire, by Avendaño et al. (2021) made up of 24 items and 5 dimensions and the University Student Satisfaction Questionnaire, by Cursi (2014) made up of 46 items and 5 dimensions; As a result, a level of p= 0.000 and Spearman's Rho 0.768 was obtained, concluding that there is a relationship between virtual education and satisfaction in medical students, that is, if virtual education meets the expectations that students have, this will increase their satisfaction.
