    Satisfaction and professional training of students of nursing of the ninth and tenth cycle of the Norbert Wiener university, Lima 2023

    The objective of this study was "To determine the relationship between satisfaction and professional training of nursing students in the ninth and tenth cycle of the Norbert Wiener University, Lima 2023". The methodology used was a quantitative approach, applied type, hypothetical-deductive method, non-experimental design and correlational and cross-sectional scope. The sample used was 191 nursing students of the ninth and tenth cycle of the Norbert Wiener University. The SEUE questionnaire of Gento and Vivas (2003) was used as instruments for data collection to measure variable I: professional satisfaction and the Mendoza Vocational Training Test (2021) for variable II: professional training. The Rho Spearman value of .870 and a bilateral significance of 0.000 were obtained as results, indicating the approval of the investigator's hypothesis. It is concluded that there is a statistical and significant correlation between professional satisfaction and professional training of nursing students of the ninth and tenth cycle of the Norbert Wiener University, Lima, 2023.
