    For the development of this study, the general objective has been to determine how the perception of quality and user satisfaction are related in telemedicine nephrology consultations at the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital, 2022, for which a hypothetical deductive method has been used with a quantitative approach, of an applied type and a non-experimental design with a sample of 184 patients belonging to the hospital. The results yielded a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.838** and a significance value of (p <0.01). It was possible to conclude that there is a significant relationship between the perception of quality and user satisfaction in telemedicine nephrology consultations at the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital.
