    This research has the title of "Labor factors related to the satisfaction of the nursing staff of the sterilization center of a National Hospital Lima, Peru 2021". The main objective of the research was to determine the relationship between labor factors and satisfaction the nursing staff at the Edgardo Rebagliatti Martins hospital sterilization center; the research focus is quantitative, correlational level scope, experimental design cross section; the sample conformed by 80 individuals between nursing technicians and nurses. The technique used was the survey and the instrument used were two questionnaires, for the variable work factors the Reymundez questionnaire was used with 33 items and for the variable job satisfaction the instrument der Sonia Palma MINSA with 36 items; are presented by expert judgments: The results showed that 59% (47) of the nursing staff of the sterilization center qualify the labor factor at a high level and are moderately satisfied, Rho Spearman = 0.160, significance level (0.039) , has significant evidence (p <0.05), to affirm that, if there is a significant relationship between labor factors and job satisfaction of the nursing staff at the sterilization center of the Edgardo Rebagliatti National Hospital.
